Discussion/ communications are crucial!
Admit to yourself and say; Yes, communication is what people drives. Curiosity brings people together. It is there-for essential to listen with care and trying to understand what others have to say or what’s the drive in live. It’s important to us all, because it opens the way to exchange knowledge, experience and finding solutions to social/ professional problems faster. This circle gives me enough ingredients to find a shared interested point of view. But most important element is knowing persons really intentions.
